The Tax Collectors have been busy in the transfer market and are said to have concluded a deal to lure the former KCCA and Proline midfielder away from UPDF.

Wamannah joined UPDF on loan from Proline in 2020 after the Army side gained promotion to the top flight and later made the move permanent.

The midfielder became a permanent fixture in the UPDF lineup and was in August 2022, named team captain.

Pulse Sports understands that Wamannah’s unveiling by the Sam Timbe-coached side is only a matter of when rather than if.

Denis Luzige Kisiriko, John Innocent Kisolo and Godfrey Sekibengo are some of the new recruits already announced by the four-time league champions, with more signings expected to come.

Moses Aliro has said his goodbyes to Wakiso Giants and is also expected to be unveiled by the Tax Collectors soon.
