Ugandan quartet to officiate Kakamega Homeboyz-Al Hilal CAF CC clash in Nairobi

Ugandan FIFA referee William Oloya will be in charge of Kenya’s Kakamega Homeboyz CAF Confederation Cup round one match against AL Hilal.

CAF picked the highly-rated referee to officiate the match that will be hosted on Friday 18th August, at the Nyayo Stadium in Nairobi, Kenya.

Oloya will be assisted by compatriots Isa Masembe and Emmanuel Okudra as the first and second referees.

Another top Ugandan referee Mashood Ssali will be the fourth official.

CAF has picked Asfaw Luleseged Begashaw as the match commissioner, while Dr. Norman Bernard Sabuni will be the designated medical officer.

The winner of the tie will face Rayon Sports from Rwanda in the second round of qualifiers for a chance to play in the group stages.
