The Israel-based goalkeeper was one of 19 Eagles who trained at the Johnson Arena as the Super Eagles camp officially opened.

Adeleye is the only foreign-based goalkeeper invited for the clash against the Leone star and he could start the game slated for Sunday.

After the training session,  Adeleye reacted to suggestions that he looks like Cameroon and Inter Milan goalkeeper Andre Onana.

Onana has been trending since his brilliant performance in the Champions League final defeat against Manchester City last weekend.

According to the Hapoel Jerusalem pair of safe hands, it is good to be compared to a top goalkeeper he looks up to.

“People see different things but I just like to watch him when he plays,” he told Pulse Sports Nigeria exclusively.

“I like it because when I play with my team in Israel, we move the ball a lot, play out from the back, you know? Do a lot of stuff with the leg.”

“So, I feel good about it. People say it is risky but for me, it is normal. You have to adapt to new playing style. For me, it is good, it helps me a lot. So, I feel good with that playing style.”

Adeleye trained in the company of his two NPFL-based teammates, Olorunleke Ojo of Enyimba and Victor Sochima of Rivers United
