Jackson's performance proved she's bouncing back to form nicely and is back in the conversation as a top challenger for a medal at the World Championships in Tokyo next month.
Her last 200m race before Silesia was at the Racers Grand Prix in June, where she clocked 22.53s. Since then, she has participated in a series of 100m races, with her most recent outing at the Gyulai Istvan Memorial, where she ran a respectable 11.00 seconds to finish third.
Jackson is scheduled to run the 200m next at the Lausanne Diamond League on August 20, where she'll be aiming for another impressive victory and another sub-22s time of the season.
