Reactions as Saudi Arabian club confirms Mohamed Salah signing

Saudi Arabian club Al Adalah has confirmed the signing of midfielder Mohamed Salah.

The club announced the move via their social media pages. 

“Welcome to the new Adlawi left-back player,” the club stated on their official social media account. 

Salah has put pen to paper on a one-year contract that will see him stay at the club until the summer of 2024.

“Mohamed Salah joined the ranks of Al-Adalah Club after the club contracted him to represent its ranks in the Yellow League for the new season 2023-2024,” the club stated on their website.

The announcement of quite a scare for Premier League followers especially Liverpool fans. 

The name Salah was a catchy part of the transfer news from Al Adalah given the spending spree in Europe by Saudi Pro League clubs.

With the number of players already expected to join clubs in Saudi Arabia this summer, one can be forgiven to think another big name had left the Premier League.
