Pulse Sports’ Shafic Kiyaga excels in inaugural FAMACO II class
Pulse Sports Uganda's senior writer, Shafic Kiyaga, has emerged as one of the standout graduates of the inaugural FAMACO II class.
Kiyaga, renowned for breaking several top stories in the Ugandan sports scene, has now adorned his already impressive resume with specialized knowledge in football management.
Out of the pioneering batch of twenty-five students who embarked on this journey with FAMACO II, Kiyaga demonstrated remarkable acumen by securing a rank of third overall.
What makes this feat even more commendable is that his peers comprised several of the nation's top football administrators.
Kiyaga was one of the select five students to achieve top marks in the class, alongside FUFA official Phoebe Kutamba, Lawyer Geofrey Katende, and Kyetume FC C.E.O Ahmed Kongola.
“Completing the FAMACO II course has been a transformative journey for me. I am incredibly thankful to Pulse Uganda for their unwavering support throughout this venture," he said.
“"To rank among the top in a class of such esteemed football administrators is both humbling and invigorating.”
I honestly reluctantly applied for FAMACO II, because i thought i wouldnt get in. But I am so grateful that i have graduated. I want to send my sincere gratitude to @PulseSportsUGA team lead @CliveKyazze, @LugaziFC director @AbdulKawuulu, @DenisNamanya for the support. pic.twitter.com/yrzqtZnyPj
