PSG star Neymar in advanced talks with Al-Hilal on a possible transfer

The Brazilian has been linked with a move away from France and informed Paris Saint-Germain last week of his desire to leave the club.

He requested that his agent should find him a new club, which attracted the attention of teams all around Europe.

Al- Hilal have now made a move for the PSG star and are closing in on a possible transfer according to reports.

As reported by Fabrizio Romano, Al-Hilal took advantage of the opening and is currently in early negotiations with Neymar.

According to Fabrizio on Twitter, “Neymar Jr and Al Hilal are in advanced talks with official documents already sent to the player's side to be checked, up to Neymar but the deal is now underway.”

Despite spending an estimated £150 million on Kalidou Koulibaly, Ruben Neves, Sergej Milinkovic-Savic, and Malcolm this summer, Al-Hilal are still looking to sign more stars.

The 31-year-old left the Nou Camp for PSG in a world record deal in 2017, and Barcelona was hoping to re-sign him.

Neymar is believed to be eager to return to Barcelona, but the Spanish powerhouses may be unable to pay his £70 million asking price.

Meanwhile, PSG began their Ligue 1 campaign against Lorient but could only get a draw.
