'Ready to work and meet the fans!' Promising Nigerian youngster announces arrival at Getafe
Nigerian midfielder Christantus Uche, 21, has signed a four-year deal with Madrid-based outfit Getafe after impressing for second division side AD Ceuta FC last season.
Pulse Sports reports that the Under-23 international has spoken for the first time since the move was confirmed and he can't wait to come to Getafe to start work with his colleagues and to meet the great fans.'

Uche will be hoping to follow in the footsteps of former Super Eagles star Ikechukwu Uche, who also played for Getafe in the past.
The highly rated midfielder was a standout performer for AD Ceuta FC last season, playing 34 games in the regular league and two more in the promotion playoffs.
His impressive displays saw Getafe swoop in to secure his services, with the club agreeing a deal with AD Ceuta FC for his transfer.
"Hello guys, my name is Uche,” the Nigerian stated in a video posted by the LALIGA club on their social media pages.
“I'm looking forward to coming to Getafe to start work with my colleagues and to meet the great fans (of the club). See you soon. Vamos Getafe."
The youngster has also represented Nigeria at U23 level, featuring in continental tournaments such as the U-23 Africa Cup.
Getafe will be hoping Uche can make a smooth transition to LaLiga and help the club push for a top-half finish next season after a 12th place finish the last time out.
Fans will no doubt be eager to get a first glimpse of the exciting Nigerian prospect when he arrives at the Coliseum Alfonso Pérez.
