Isak released a statement yesterday on his social media page, revealing how he was disappointed with the Newcastle owners for not honouring their agreement.

Then Newcastle released a statement responding to Isak's message and insisting he is still not for sale.

The forward has been pushing for a move to Liverpool this summer, with the Reds first bid rejected by Newcastle.

Liverpool prepare new bic

According to The Sun, via Sportal, the £130 million offer is set to be submitted next week. A previous bid, valued at £110 million, was immediately rejected by the Magpies.

Should the new offer be accepted, it would shatter the British transfer record. The report claims the official proposal will be sent after the match between Newcastle and Liverpool at St. James' Park on Monday.

Furthermore, at least £35 million has been allocated for the transfer of Crystal Palace captain Marc Guéhi. This could bring Liverpool's total summer spending on new players to a staggering £466 million.

However, the Merseyside club has already generated over £200 million from player sales, with more departures expected.

Isak himself will not be included in Newcastle's squad for the match against Liverpool and will not be in attendance for the game.
