Reigning MotoGP World Champion Jorge Martin confirmed to reporters ahead of the Czech Grand Prix weekend that he will remain with the Aprilia team through 2026.

The Spaniard had previously attempted to extricate himself from his contract with the Noale-based manufacturer, but after a two-month standoff, he has decided to honor the agreement.
Martin returns to the MotoGP grid this weekend in Brno after missing the previous seven rounds due to injuries sustained at the Qatar Grand Prix in April.
At a Brno press conference, Martin confirmed his decision to stay, saying, “I’m happy to be back… and happy to say that I will continue at Aprilia for 2026.” Honda had shown interest, but Martin chose to honor his Aprilia commitment.
