No one can curse - Odion Ighalo backs Victor Osimhen to shine at Galatasaray

The reigning Africa Footballer of the Year is trending on social media as a move from Serie A giants Napoli to Turkey Super Lig side Galatasaray is due.

Galatasaray supporters waited until late at night for Victor Osimhen have extended a warm welcome to him.

Many Galatasaray supporters greeted the superstar when he arrived in Istanbul at 4 a.m., according to rumors.

According to reports, the 25-year-old striker from Serie A team Napoli has finished his loan stint.

Osimhen's move to Galatasaray comes after a deadline transfer day saga that saw a potential move to Premier League outfit Chelsea fall through.

Commenting on a social media post about Osimhen, Ighalo said, "Who God has blessed no one can curse."

Osimhen was invited for the Super Eagles upcoming 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifiers against Benin Republic and Rwanda, but it remains to be seen if he would show up.
