Our brother get sense — Nigerians praise Osimhen's football knowledge after building ultimate player

Nigerian football fans have reacted positively to Victor Osimhen’s ultimate football player.

As per Pulse Sports, the SSC Napoli striker has built his perfect player using skillsets from different players. 

Osimhen has joined the rest of the Super Eagles players in camp as Nigeria hosts Sao Tome and Principe in the final round of matches in the AFCONQ2023. 

In an interview at the Super Eagles in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, the 24-year-old was asked to mould his perfect footballer. 

Osimhen looked no further than some of the greatest players to have played the game, with Cristiano Ronaldo, Lionel Messi and Neymar mentioned. 

There was also a place for former Manchester United magician, Dimitar Berbatov.

Osimhen believes his ultimate footballer should possess the heading ability of Ronaldo, Messi’s left football, Neymar’s right leg and Berbatov’s ball control. 

Osimhen’s selections seem to have gone down well with football fans and Nigerians.

They took to social media platform, X.com, formerly Twitter, to praise Osimhen’s football intelligence and selections. 

The former Lille man will go into the game against Sao Tome and Principe in superb shape. 

He started the 2023/2024 season in the Serie A how he ended it last season, it blistering style. 

The Nigerian forward has scored three goals in his first three matches for the Italian champions.

Osimhen will be looking to transfer that form to the Super Eagles who take on familiar foes in the Falcons and True Parrots. 

The Napoli man is no strangers to the Falcons after he contributed six goals in that 10-0 win the first leg.

He scored four goals and assisted two and Nigerians will be looking forward to a repeat from the Napoli hero and his teammates.
