In November 2004, while playing for Portsmouth, Yakubu netted a memorable hat-trick against Middlesbrough, cementing his place in Premier League folklore.

Obafemi Martins electrified Premier League fans with his blistering pace and clinical finishing during his stint with Newcastle United. In February 2007, Martins showcased his scoring prowess by bagging a hat-trick against Tottenham Hotspur.
