Club CEO Aurelio de Laurentiis is spearheading Napoli's efforts, setting in motion plans to lure Conte to the helm. The club is reportedly prepared to offer Conte a lucrative three-year contract worth €8 million annually, underscoring their commitment to securing his services.

Despite the enticing proposal, however, Conte is taking time to deliberate on the offer, reflecting the gravity of the decision at hand. Should negotiations with Conte falter, Napoli has alternative options lined up, with Gasperini emerging as a prominent contender.

Gasperini's recent success in guiding Atalanta to the semi-finals of the Europa League enhances his appeal, potentially paving the way for a departure from La Dea.
