According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, Negotiations are progressing well for Loftus-Cheek to join his former Chelsea teammates Fikayo Tomori and Oliver Giroud at Milan.

Loftus-Cheek is Milan's top priority as they rebuild their midfield. Following an injury to his achilles in 2019, the 27-year-old has struggled to hold down a place at Chelsea after spending a season on loan at Fulham.
