The 20-year-old midfielder is already a USA men's national team international, with 24 caps under his belt.

What happened

According to Relevo, the Rossoneri have identified Musah as a midfield option as they look to bolster the position following the exit of Sandro Tonali to Newcastle United.

Los Che are said to be open to selling the midfielder given their economic situation and are asking for up to €30 million to part with their prized asset.

Musah is a holder of an Italian passport, and this is part of his allure, as it means the Serie A side will have no problem registering him, nor will he take up a non-EU spot on the books.

Both clubs are said to have initiated contact to discuss a possible transfer; however, the report also claims Premier League clubs like West Ham are also in the mix.
