Satulo was named after his heroics helped Bandari FC to keep a clean sheet as they scrapped a 1-0 win over giants Sofapaka.
Satulo joined Bandari from Rwandan Premier League side AS Kigali at the beginning of the season.
Satulo’s compatriot Umar Kasumba scored Bandari’s solitary goal in the 20th minute.
Uganda Cranes striker Derrick Nsibambi also made his official debut in the game, coming on for Kasumba in the second half.

Former Uganda Cranes coach Jonathan McKinstry has been nominated after his Gor Mahia FC.
McKinstry guided the reigning Kenyan champions to a 1-0 win over Ulinzi Stars.
