Man United schedule talks with Atalanta for Rasmus Hojlund
The Red Devils are currently in search of a striker in the transfer market and have identified Atalanta forward as their next target.
As young centre forwards are in high demand in the current market, the Italian team have so far rejected offers of players in exchange since they value the Dane at £86 million.
However, Manchester United are not ready to back down on their target and are set to discuss with Atalanta this week according to reports.
Man United could make offer for Hojlund
The Red Devils could make an offer for the Atalanta striker Hojlund who had a good 2022/2023 season.
In today's Transfer Confidential, Mail Sport's Simon Jones writes that although an offer of roughly £65 million would be accepted, it would still be a hefty sum for a 20-year-old striker who managed just ten goals for Atalanta last year.
Hojlund has a temporary representation agreement with SEG, the same agents who handle Erik ten Hag, and he has made it obvious that he wants to sign with United.
Man United are currently without a striker and are keen to bring in a forward before the end of the transfer market.
