Jorginho’s agent drops huge transfer hint as Arsenal midfielder eyes Serie A Return

The Italian virtuoso, whose contract is on its last legs, has been the talk of the town in North London, dishing out Man of the Match performances against heavyweights like Liverpool and Newcastle. Yet, as the season edges closer to its finale, the whispers of a return to Italy grow louder.

Jorginho's agent, Joao Santos, isn't shying away from fanning the flames either. In a candid chat with TV Play in Italy, as reported by the Sun, Santos said, "He'd suit Lazio more, for the presence of coach [Maurizio] Sarri who already knows his characteristics very well. 

“But also Juve, who have a great director of sport like Cristiano Giuntoli, who he spent many years with at Napoli. I would not rule out a return to Napoli with new coach [Francesco] Calzona, who used to work with Sarri before that."

It's no secret that Jorginho and Sarri share a bond that's tough to break. From their Napoli days to their Chelsea chapter, it's been a fruitful partnership. 

Now with Sarri at Lazio's helm, could a reunion be in the cards? The plot thickens as Arsenal, led by the Jorginho-admiring Arteta, isn't ready to fold just yet. 

Talks of a contract extension are in the air, with Arsenal possibly playing their one-year extension card to keep their star in red and white a bit longer.
