I don’t see any player as a threat - Sudan coach Kwesi Appiah declares war on Nigeria ahead of CHAN clash
The home-based Super Eagles of Nigeria squad are set to take on Sudan in their second group game at the 8th Africa Nations Championship (CHAN).
The team led by Eric Chelle are bottom of Group D in Zanzibar and face a must-win encounter
Nigeria are in a group with Senegal, Congo and Sudan at the CHAN.

Nigeria lost to reigning champions Senegal in their first group game at the 15,000 -capacity Amaan Stadium.
Ahead of their second group game, Team captain Nduka Harrison Junior stated that the are ready to correct their mistakes.
He said, “We want to take each game as it comes, and next for us is Sudan.
"The previous game was a setback and not a disaster.
"We have a point to prove and we are ready to correct our mistakes.”
The pivotal quote from the press conferences for both teams came from Ghanian head coach Kwesi Appiah in charge of the Sudanese team.
Sudan battled to a 1-1 draw against Congo to start the tournament.
He urged his fight for a result in the Indian Ocean Island.
He said, “Nigeria is one of the biggest nations in African football and we respect them, but we won’t fear them.
"I don’t believe in any rivalry; this is a game and the best team will win.
"I have watched only one game of the Nigerian team and can’t assess them based on one game.
"I don’t see any player as a threat, but the entire team.”
The game between Nigeria and Sudan is set for Tuesday, August 12 and will kick off at 6 PM Nigerian time.
