Ajax Amsterdam fans have reacted to the performance of in-demand Ghana international Mohammed Kudus. 

Kudus was the best player on the pitch as Ajax thrashed Ludogorets in the Europa League qualifiers.

The Dutch side was just too good following a comprehensive 4-1 win over their hosts on Thursday night. 

The 23-year-old showed the Dutch side what they will miss if his move to Premier League side West Ham United pulls through.

Kudus started and finished the scoring as Ajax took a giant step towards reaching the next round of the Europa League. 

The versatile Ghanaian forward produced a top performance following a 50-minute hat-trick against Ludogorets.

He started the evening with a blistering first half double before he wrapped up the win with his hat-trick for Ajax’s fourth goal five minutes after the restart. 

Ludogorets pulled one back late on to keep hope alive heading into the second leg in Amsterdam next week. 

Kudus’ impressive performance was a kind reminder for the Dutch club and their fans on what they stand to lose as Kudus remains a key target for West Ham. 

Pulse Sports reported that the Hammers were close to getting the forward as David Moyes looks to strengthen his attack. 

West Ham have made a bid for Ajax star Mohammed Kudus worth €41.5m plus a further €3m in performance-related add-ons.

However, after the display against Ludogorets on Thursday night, the fans have asked the club to add more to the transfer fee.
