‘Chelsea Should Be Worried’ - Fans Fear The Worst For Blues After PSG Humiliate Real Madrid at Club World Cup
Paris Saint-Germain’s 4-0 thrashing of Real Madrid in the FIFA Club World Cup has sent chills down the spines of some Chelsea fans ahead of Sunday’s final.
PSG sent Madrid packing with a comprehensive win that saw them kill off the game after just 24 minutes as they were 3-0 up by then.
Luis Enrique’s side tormented the record European champions throughout the match with Madrid unable to respond to exit the tournament at the semi-final stage in humiliating fashion.

PSG, who beat Inter Milan 5-0 in the UEFA Champions League in June, are now one win away from adding another trophy to their cabinet but Chelsea stand in their way.
However, some fans feel the Blues will have it rough after the way PSG beat Madrid, having also thrashed Atletico Madrid, Inter Miami and edged out Bayern Munich on their way to the final.
Should the Blues Prepare For the Worst?
“PSG has beaten every English side they have faced this season. Whatever you do with this information is up to you,” a fan posted online, insinuating that Chelsea stand little chance past PSG.
“PSG humbled and disciplined Real Madrid; Chelsea should prepare for the worst,” another one said.
“This is the PSG that Chelsea will face in the finals?” another fan posed, fearing the worst for Chelsea.
“Just realised PSG are going to wipe the floor with 6 PL teams within a year. Yes, Chelsea should be worried about this PSG,” the Blues were told.
However, some Chelsea fans are not shaken by the prospect of a big defeat to the reigning European champions.
Chelsea Fans Unfazed By PSG
“Chelsea fans should not be scared of being the underdogs. Been there. Done That. Still won because we're built differently,” said a confident Chelsea fan.
“I still have respect for Chelsea regardless of who they are facing. No way they are beaten embarrassingly like Madrid."
“So, Chelsea will play PSG in the Club World Cup final, going to be a very difficult game for us but I am confident. Even though PSG have beaten a lot of teams by big margins both in the Champions League and Club World Cup, they have kind of struggled against the Premier League teams, even though they won, they only marginally won those games,” was the consolation from another Chelsea fan.
Chelsea and PSG will clash in the Club World Cup final at the MetLife Stadium in New Jersey on Sunday.
