The Blues suffered a third consecutive defeat in all competitions after a 2-1 loss to Fulham in a London derby on Thursday night.

Former Blues winger Willian and striker Carlos Vinicius scored in either half for the Cottagers, rendering Kalidou Koulibaly's second-half equaliser irrelevant. The Blues also had new man Joao Felix sent off on his debut.

The defeat to Fulham on Thursday night was their seventh in the last nine matches across all competitions for Potter’s men.

It also means that Chelsea have only won one of their last nine matches in the Premier League, a run that has seen them drop to 10th on the table with 25 points after 18 matches.
