Manchester United will pay an initial fee of €76.5 million for Šeško with potential add-ons of €8.5 million based on his performance.
The striker is expected to sign a five-year contract and, if all goes well, will be officially announced as a Red Devil tomorrow. United beat out Newcastle for his signature, despite the Magpies reportedly offering more lucrative terms. Šeško's preference was a move to Old Trafford.
According to the Daily Mail, citing Slovenian publications, Šeško will earn £160,000 per week, rising to £200,000 if United qualify for the Champions League.
The deal also includes a future friendly match between RB Leipzig and Manchester United at the Red Bull Arena.
Since joining from Red Bull Salzburg in 2023, Šeško has scored 39 goals and provided 8 assists in 87 appearances. Last season, he netted 21 times for the German side.
Šeško was heavily linked with a move to Arsenal, but the Gunners ultimately opted to sign Viktor Gyökeres instead.
