The former Ghana international has been embroiled in a serious legal battle for three years, after refusing to claim paternity of their kids.

Asamoah Gyan divorce saga: Court order former Black Stars skipper to compensate ex-wife over paternity claims
This week, a report from BBC revealed the 37-year-old was ordered to take a DNA test which ultimately disproved his claims following the outcome of the result.
The court ordered Gyan to gift his ex-wife, a house in the UK, another home in Accra, a petrol station and two cars.
The report from the aforementioned outlet also stated that the former Sunderland and Udinese forward must pay 25,000 Ghanaian cedis (£1,729) per month in child support.
This comes after Gifty had allegedly made a non-cash contribution to the purchase of the homes, because she was the only one caring for the kids while Gyan focused on his footballing career.
Gyan reportedly purchased a four-bedroom house in Accra for her before they tied the knot in 2013.
However, their marriage was eventually annulled following a petition by the Ghanaian football legend.
Gyan announced his retirement from football in June.
The 39-year-old is widely regarded as one of the greatest African striker of his generation having scored a national record 51 goals in 109 games for the Black Stars.
