Alejandro Garnacho Rejects Bayern Munich for Man United's Premier League Rivals
Talks between Chelsea and Manchester United for the transfer of Alejandro Garnacho to Stamford Bridge are advancing and a deal is close, according to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano.
The Argentine has long decided that the only move he would accept is to Chelsea. For this reason, he has rejected an offer from Bayern Munich in the last 48 hours.
According to Romano, the relationship between Manchester United CEO Omar Berrada and the Chelsea board is very good, which is expected to facilitate the deal.

Garnacho Only Has Eyes for Chelsea
"Chelsea are advancing in club to club talks for Alejandro Garnacho! Deal underway with Man United. Excellent relationship between United CEO Berrada and Chelsea hierarchy. Garnacho only wants #CFC and turned down an approach from Bayern in last 48h; no chance," Romano posted on X.
The Red Devils were asking for around £50 million for the 21-year-old winger, but the London club had no intention of paying that amount, valuing the player at £30 million. The two clubs are likely to agree on a compromise figure.
Garnacho has already agreed personal terms with Chelsea. The Argentine has made a total of 144 appearances for United, scoring 26 goals and providing 22 assists.
