Al-Hilal agree terms with Koulibaly, enters negotiations with Chelsea
Saudi giants Al-Hilal have reportedly reached an agreement on personal terms with Senegal international Kalidou Koulibaly and are in negotiations with Chelsea over a transfer fee.
The former Napoli man only recently signed for the West London side last summer, however, he has struggled to settle in.
Following the PIF acquisition of the big four Saudi Professional League teams, which include Hilal, clubs in the league have turned to Europe to poach high-end talents.
The AFCON champion could be the next big name to ditch European football for the Gulf.

However, with the Senegalese still having a contract with his current club until 2026, the AFC Champions League finalists will have to fork out a transfer fee.
Chelsea are expected to be open to selling, given their bloated squad and financial situation. And according to the report, they are in negotiations with the Saudi side over a fee.
Meanwhile, Al-Nassr are in talks to sign Chelsea winger Hakim Ziyech as the Saudi Pro League revolution continues.
Hakim Ziyech could be the latest big-name star to swap Europe for the Middle East as Cristiano Ronaldo’s Al-Nassr step up plans to land the Moroccan.
