The Sivasspor forward was invited to the Super Eagles by Head Coach Jose Peseiro but did not feature as they recorded a 3-2 win against Sierra Leone at the SKD Stadium, Monrovia.

Musa dominated social media following his call up to his Super Eagles team for the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifier against Sierra Leone.

The victory means the Super Eagles have now qualified for the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) in Ivory Coast next year, with a game against Sao Tome and Principe left to play.

Musa will now be going to yet another AFCON despite criticism of his continued inclusion in the Super Eagles.

Musa's celebration comes after he made a massive donation to students at his school following his return to the country.
