Usain Bolt has explained how his new hit song is helping him overcome the death of his father who passed away three months ago.
Jamaican sprinting legend and music producer Usain Bolt says his latest production, "Spend Time" by Agent Sasco, is a poignant reminder to cherish moments with loved ones.
The single's release on June 27 comes just three months after the passing of Bolt's father, Wellesley.
"It's just like, the energy of the universe caused Sasco to come up with this song at a time like this ... after losing my dad," Bolt told the Weekend Star.

"It really emphasises the importance of just spending time with our loved ones. Cherish every moment with your loved ones. You can't buy time, just spend time and cherish your loved ones, you don't have to have anything to give to them... just spend time," he added.
