Mathare United were made to pay for failing to take advantage of their chances in the opening 60 minutes.
“Mathare came into the game well. In the first half we had some scoring opportunities in the opening 20 minutes but we let them back into the game,” he said.
“They finished the first half strongly but in the second half, we dominated the game throughout the second half and got the goal we deserved. I want to thank my players for ending our run of a couple of games without winning," he added.
