AFC Leopards have thanked Westlands MP Tim Wanyonyi as he made a generous contribution to the club as they commemorated their 60th anniversary.

AFC Leopards, one of Kenya's most storied football clubs, has expressed its deep appreciation to Westlands MP Tim Wanyonyi for his significant contribution of Ksh500,000 towards the success of the "Ingwe at 60" AFC Leopards 60th-anniversary celebrations. 

Wanyonyi's generous donation underscores his unwavering support for the club, reflecting his commitment to its continued growth and prosperity.

In a statement released by AFC Leopards, the club emphasized Wanyonyi's consistent backing, highlighting his steadfast presence during both triumphs and financial challenges. 

The MP's dedication to AFC Leopards has been a cornerstone of the club's journey, contributing to its resilience and longevity in the face of various obstacles.

The management and supporters of AFC Leopards extended their heartfelt gratitude to Wanyonyi, recognizing his pivotal role in shaping the club's trajectory. 

His contributions, both financial and moral, have been instrumental in fostering a culture of success and unity within the AFC Leopards community.

The club was able to generate upto Ksh 15 million from the celebrations that took place in Nairobi last week, with Kenya President William Ruto among those who donated a generous amount of money.
