Andre Onana's position is increasingly becoming uncertain following reports that a goalkeeper from a rival Premier League club wants to join Manchester United.
Aston Villa and Argentina goalkeeper Emiliano Martinez is reportedly pushing for a move to Manchester United.
United coach Ruben Amorim is believed to be in the market for a new keeper following concerns over Andre Onana's form, with Monaco showing interest in the Cameroonian.
Martinez signed a new five-year contract with Aston Villa less than a year ago, but their failure to qualify for the Champions League has fueled speculation about his future.

While interest has been reported from Saudi Arabia, Atletico Madrid, and AC Milan, Martinez has his heart set on a move to Old Trafford, according to The Sun. The report suggests a bid in the region of £40 million could be enough to tempt Villa.
"Emi is close friends with his Argentina team-mate Lisandro Martinez and is eager for the move. He's already turned down some significant offers, hoping to join United. Amorim is a big admirer and tried to sign him for Sporting CP back in 2020 but lost out to Villa. The manager wants to fill his squad with captains and leaders, and Emi fits the bill perfectly," an unnamed source told The Sun.
Meanwhile, Italian media outlets suggest Atalanta goalkeeper Marco Carnesecchi is also a serious contender to replace Onana at United.
