FKF reveals plans to pay referees dues after crisis meeting.
The Football Kenya Federation will make a raft of changes to ensure that the referees body functions optimally.
In a Consultative Meeting with the federation administration led by president Hussein Mohammed, the National Referees Committee and the Appointment Committee at Kandanda House on Monday, the stakeholders agreed on a raft of changes aimed at ensuring the referees welfare, policy development, payment and fixture management are taken care of.

UPDATE: Kasarani Stadium enters phase II of renovations as ministry insists AFCON 2027 is the target
Kasarani has been earmarked for AFCON 2027 while renovations works will ensure the stadium joins Nyayo for hosting the postponed 2024 CHAN matches.
"A structural vetting process and data collection system will be implemented for all referees at FKF Leagues," read part of the resolutions.
"A framework policy document will be developed to guide the refereeing structure. An audit of outstanding dues from previous administrations will be conducted, and all verified accounts including those from past administrations, will be settled, with priority given to obligations incurred under the new administration."
As part of the restructure, a digital referee appointment system will be introduced to ensure efficiency and fairness. At the same time, FKF maintained that promotion will be based on performance.
