World 100m and 200m champion Noah Lyles has explained why he will not reveal details of his recently signed bumper contract with athletic apparel and footwear corporation Adidas.
On Tuesday 27 February, Adidas announced that Noah's deal had been extended until 2028 to “the richest contract in the sport of track and field since the retirement of Usain Bolt.”
Bolt’s final contract with Puma from 2014-17 was reportedly valued at around $10 million a year.

Meanwhile, the speedstar has explained why he got into a partnership with energy drink Celcius.
“To be honest, I am an energetic guy,” Lyles joked before momentarily giggling.
“It only made sense that I partnered with Celcius and I mean, they said they wanted to get into the Olympic Space, they wanted to get into track and field so they felt they needed the world’s fastest man.
“That is my title, world’s fastest man. If they want to get into it and they want to get into it hard, I feel it’s a beautiful partnership.
“We have an idea of chasing dreams, reaching for the stars.”
