This comes on the back of the resignation of the former office holder, former Homa Bay governor Cyprian Awiti, who resigned due to health reasons.
The club confirmed the unveiling in an official statement on Wednesday, April 16, writing, "Eliud Owalo is our new Deputy Patron; to replace Cyprian Awiti who resigned due to health concerns."
