The 1996-born midfielder is available after recently leaving his former club.

Harambee Stars midfielder Kenneth Muguna has attracted interest from Football Kenya Federation Premier League (FKFPL) sides Bandari and Gor Mahia.

Tanzania Premier League side Namungo FC are also interested in signing the former Azam FC midfielder. Muguna left the Ice Cream Makers after being part of their setup for two seasons.

Should he choose to ignore the Kenyan clubs and sign for Namungo, Muguna would hope to win silverware after failing to do so with the Chamazi club.

If the former Western Stima midfielder eventually ends up at Gor Mahia, he will be making a second return to the Kenyan giants.

The midfielder rejoined Gor Mahia in 2018 after quite an unsuccessful move to Albanian side KF Tirana. He was signed for the European side by former coach Ze Maria.

Upon his return, Muguna settled quickly and went on to win the Premier League, as he was also appointed captain.

His move to the former Tanzania champions did not turn out as expected, as he struggled for regular minutes and failed to win a trophy.

Since Gor Maha are hoping to clinch the FKF Premier League, bolstering the squad in the next transfer window will be their priority mission as they look forward to playing in the CAF Champions League.

Muguna’s experience will be a crucial game aspect that K’Ogalo will need, and this makes his return a highly-anticipated move.

On the other hand, Bandari also hope to strengthen the squad and become a competitive side in the top flight. All along, they have been more of participants, and they would hope to challenge for silverware next season.

The Dockers are also in the market for a permanent head coach.
