As Garnacho pulled up in his car, George was starstruck according to a video making rounds.
"That's the best goal I've ever seen," said the young fan. Garnacho laughed and said: "Yeah? Same!"
The young fan then said that it was better than Wayne Rooney's bicycle kick against Manchester City, and Garnacho replied: "You think? I don't know."
The 19-year-old then pulled out an orange box and said: "This is my present. I scored yesterday in these ones so you have to use."
The little boy said: "Thank you so much" through the tears before Garnacho showed him that the boots were signed by him as well.
"I'm so happy. Garnacho gave me his boots,” George added.
Asked what the message on the box said, he replied: "To my friend, George, Happy Birthday."
