Financially crippled Talanta braced to lose players in the current transfer window.

Football Kenya Federation Premier League side Tusker are reportedly interested in Nzoia Sugar’s Kevin Juma and Joseph Mwangi.

The Brewers hope to strengthen their side further ahead of the second round of the top-tier.

Geoffrey Ojunga and Michael Oduor – both midfielders – are also training with the Ruaraka-based club.

Nzoia Sugar are set to re-sign James Kibande, who has been released by Kenya Police. The Sugar Millers have also been linked with Ian Nyongesa and Kevin Wafula.

Kenya Police have released six players in anticipation of making more signings in the mini-transfer window.

Bonphas Munyasa, James Kibande, Erick Kipkirui, John Ndirangu, Cornelius Juma, David Otieno, and Faustine Ojiambo are the players that have been axed by the Cops.

Police - who have confirmed the signing of Aboud Omar - are also closing in on signing former Muhoroni Youth, Posta Rangers, and Yanga SC goalkeeper Farouk Shikalo.

Talanta FC are on the verge of losing key players as their financial situation worsens.

Several clubs in the top tier are keen to sign the players as free agents as Talanta grapple with an uncertain financial future.

Issa Lumumba is close to signing for Ulinzi Stars from Kariobangi Sharks. Lumumba has been training with Ulinzi for weeks now.

Finally, former Wazito FC star Musa Masika, Erickson Mulu, and Apollo Otieno have completed moves to KCB FC.
