Two-time World 200m champion Shericka Jackson ushered in the 2024 season with adorable photos shared on her Instagram page.
The Jamaican fired stern warning shots at her opponents in the caption of the breathtaking photos. She said: “Hello 2024…In my prime, the prize.”
Meanwhile, Jackson enjoyed a perfect 2023 season, ending it on high with a double win (100m and 200m) at the Diamond League Meeting final held at Hayward Field in Eugene, Oregon, USA.

At the World Championships, the Jamaican successfully defended her 200m world title and bagged a silver in the 100m. She was also in action at the Diamond League Meetings where she finished in the podium bracket in all her races.
Jackson also became the fastest woman alive after clocking 21.41 to win the 200m final at the Hungarian capital.
She now gears up for a busy 2024 season with the Olympic Games being the ultimate prize. Jackson has also been targeting the 200m world record and from the look of things, she will be going for it.
