Real Madrid bounced back to victory in style after thrashing Osasuna 4-0 in LaLiga on Saturday.

However, the victory has sparked conversation of whether there might be some serious behind-the-scenes tension at the club.

Carlo Ancelotti’s team showed resilience in bouncing back from a midweek Champions League defeat to AC Milan in front of their home fans.

However, eyes have turned from their on-field triumphs to the dynamics unfolding within the squad.

The match initially felt like a feel-good moment for Los Blancos, narrowing their gap behind La Liga leaders Barcelona.

Vinicius Jr. dazzled, completing a hat-trick and further cementing his position as a Ballon d’Or contender.

But when the Brazilian tapped in his final goal, eagle-eyed fans noticed an unusually subdued response from his teammate Kylian Mbappé.

The French star simply watched as Vinicius celebrated, only joining his teammates belatedly and without his usual excitement.

As clips of the incident went viral, fan reactions poured in, with opinions sharply divided.

Some observers speculated that Mbappé’s silence spoke volumes.

One user on X boldly claimed, “Mbappé hates him 100 percent,” while another quipped, “He couldn’t even pretend to be happy lol.”

Such comments have only fuelled rumours that the Frenchman and the Brazilian might not be the best of friends, hinting at underlying tension within Real’s star-studded lineup.

Mbappe is reportedly desperate to replace Vini Jr on the left side of the Los Blancos attack, having struggled in front of goal playing as an out-and-out no.9.

However, the 2018 World Cup winner has already been advised by his former France teammate and Madrid legend Karim Benzema, to forget the no.7 position in the team and focus on excelling in the centre forward position under manager Carlo Ancelotti.
