Victor Wanyama Discusses His Future

"I have already done UEFA B and will be undertaking UEFA A in the summer," Wanyama said. "After I have bagged the badges, the plan is to be a coach in the future."

The summer period in the United Kingdom, where the former Tottenham Hotspur defensive midfielder is expected to take the course, runs from June 1 to August 31.

He completed his UEFA B qualification through the Northern Ireland Football Federation and is likely to return there for his A license.

The UEFA B license already qualifies Victor Wanyama to serve as a head coach for amateur clubs and youth teams up to the age of 16, or as an assistant coach in a professional setup.

To earn the UEFA A badge, he will need to complete a minimum of 180 hours of education. The intensive program covers advanced on-pitch training, in-depth match analysis, and team performance management.

Victor Wanyama expressed confidence that he can translate his on-field success to the dugout. "I will be a successful manager somewhere in Europe, Kenya, or the world," he stated. "I have strived under pressure, and I believe I can handle it as a coach."
