Super Falcons of Nigeria striker Uchenna Kanu has taken to social media to talk about details in Louisville, Kentucky.

Kanu who plays for NWSL side Racing Louisville described her surrounding and the challenges they are facing.

Kanu took to social media to detail that Louisville has been going through a flood.

Along with photos was a message that said, "This past week, this city has gone through so much with the flood.

"Sending love to those affected as we prepare for today’s game.

Kanu came on the in the 87th minute for Taylor Flint as Racing Louisville would go on to suffer a 0-2 loss at home to Washington Spirit.

Floodwaters devastated Kentucky for the second time in less than two months.

The storms together with the unrelenting rain that followed led to a severe flood.

According to several reports, this was the worst flooding to hit this area in 28 years.
