Earlier this year, the "Gipsy King" had to postpone their scheduled February 17 encounter due to a "freak" gash above his eye that he received during a fight.

After that, it was swiftly rescheduled for May and a rematch clause ensures that the two will face each other again regardless of the outcome.

One of the most accomplished heavyweight champions in recent memory, Fury recently faced Francis Ngannou, the lineal MMA heavyweight champion, and had a lacklustre performance.

Despite his poor performance against Ngannou, he was still named the winner of the fight split decision victory. He now faces a considerably more experienced opponent in Usyk.
