During a recent appearance on FanDuel TV's "Run It Back," Cousins likened Bailey to NBA legend Tracy McGrady, stating as per Duke Wire:

"To me, Ace Bailey is the number one pick. I think he's the closest thing we've seen to a Tracy McGrady."

This endorsement comes as a surprise to many, especially with Duke's Cooper Flagg widely projected as the consensus No. 1 pick.

However, scouts have noted areas for improvement.

Bailey's playmaking abilities remain a work in progress, with an average of 1.3 assists per game and a tendency towards inconsistent decision-making.

Despite these concerns, his athleticism, shot-making, and defensive versatility make him a tantalizing prospect with one of the highest ceilings in the draft class.
