The Super Eagles of Nigeria soared to new heights, clinching the 2025 Unity Cup title in a thrilling final against Jamaica at the Gtech Community Stadium in London.

The match, which ended in a 2-2 draw after regulation time, saw Nigeria triumph 5-4 in a tense penalty shootout, marking their third Unity Cup victory following successes in 2002 and 2004.

Under the guidance of head coach Eric Chelle, the Super Eagles showcased a blend of experience and emerging talent throughout the tournament.

Cyriel Dessers on Unity Cup

Rangers star Cyriel Dessers who scored the Super Eagles first goal of the tournament against the Black Stars of Ghana also celebrated the win.

On Instagram he said, "Amazing week with the Super Eagles.
