Steph Curry ruins Klay Thompson reunion as Golden State Warriors close out Dallas Mavericks
With 12 straight baskets in the closing minutes to steal the victory for the Warriors, Steph Curry spoiled Klay Thompson's homecoming in an intense, contested game between the Dallas Mavericks and Golden State Warriors at the Chase Center.
Klay Thompson scored 22 points on 6-12 long-range shooting in his Golden State return.
In the fourth quarter, he even scored eight points. However, defeating a legendary Curry effort in the closing seconds was insufficient.
Luka Dončić had a tremendous game as Kyrie Irving also contributed 21 points and six assists.
Curry finished with 37 points on 5-12 shooting from beyond the arc, scoring the final 12 points for the Warriors.
