Ancelotti to Brazil
According to the report from Fabrizio Romano, the Italian, currently on contract with Real Madrid until 2026, was negotiating with the club on leaving on amicable terms.
He is expected to leave Real Madrid at the end of the season in June, and not after the Copa del Rey final, as purported by certain reports. However, Real Madrid's season does not end in June, as they are involved in the Club World Cup.
Still, it was not expected to hamper the next step for Carlo, however, as he will leave in June and will not coach Real Madrid in the Club World Cup.
The Update
Despite the talks having reached an advanced stage, Fabrizio recently reported that the deal could collapse, as Real Madrid are refusing to pay him an exit fee.

Also, CBF is working under a tight schedule and will not wait for Ancelotti to sort out the disagreement with Real Madrid. The Brazil football federation are also pursuing Jorge Jesus as a target and will move for him if the Ancelotti deal collapses completely.
