Osimhen has zero ego — Turkish commentator praises humble Super Eagles star

Victor Osimhen continues to win hearts far beyond Nigeria, this time earning glowing praise from Turkish football commentator Emre Bol, who lauded the Galatasaray striker for his humility and team-first mentality.

Chasing his first-ever Champions League hat-trick, Osimhen was handed a second penalty late in the game, but instead of taking it, he offered the ball to teammate Leroy Sané and encouraged him to score.

“It was the last penalty, and Osimhen said, ‘You score.’ That moment showed unity and humility. He could’ve had his hat-trick, but he chose team harmony,” Bol said.

The gesture has since gone viral among Galatasaray fans, with many calling Osimhen a model professional and a true leader.
