NFL Star Tyreek Hill Reveals Big Wish, Tests Football Skills With Paul Pogba in Real Madrid Shirt [VIDEO]

It’s not often that the NFL and the world of elite football (soccer) collide, but when they do, the results are pure entertainment. 

In a recent video on his YouTube channel, Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek  Hill swapped his shoulder pads for football boots to test his skills against none other than Paul Pogba, the French World Cup-winning midfielder, who was donning a Real Madrid shirt with Antonio Rudiger's number 22 on the back.

For Hill, it was also also a chance to see if his lightning pace and agility could translate from the gridiron to the pitch, just nearly a year after he challenged Olympic 100 gold medalist Noah Lyles to a 60-yard dash.

Known as one of the fastest players in the NFL, Hill approached the session with trademark enthusiasm, diving headfirst into tight dribbling drills, close-control exercises, and quick-passing routines under Pogba’s guidance.

Pogba, who signed for Monaco earlier this summer transfer window, watched with amusement and admiration as Hill exploded into sprints and showcased the kind of acceleration that has made him a nightmare for NFL defenders. 

The two athletes found common ground quickly, swapping tips and sharing lighthearted banter.

Before the workout began, Hill revealed an unexpected dream:

“I just need to make it on FIFA one time. I’d be the first athlete to ever do that — to make it on two video games. Then I’ll be like Soulja Boy.”

The comment, delivered with a grin, was a nod to his already established place in Madden NFL. Making the leap into EA Sports FC 26 (formerly FIFA) would be a unique milestone — cementing him as the first pro athlete to appear in both of the world’s most popular sports video games.

The lighthearted moment underscored what made the session so engaging: a mix of genuine athletic respect, cross-sport curiosity, and a dash of playful ambition. 

By the end, the mutual admiration was clear. Hill walked away with a greater appreciation for the sport’s nuances, Pogba had enjoyed a fresh test against elite speed, and fans got a rare glimpse of two worlds colliding in the spirit of fun and competition.

Whether or not Tyreek Hill ever earns a place in EA Sports FC remains to be seen, but after holding his own against Paul Pogba, he’s shown that he’s not afraid to dream — or to chase that dream at full sprint.
