Simon and his partner Mide celebrated their ninth wedding anniversary.

The Nantes forward posted photos of his wife and family on social media to celebrate the occasion.

Along with the photos was a message that said, "Happy 9th wedding anniversary to Us,thank you for being my partner and accepting to be with me on this journey called life and marriage.

Simon had surgery according for an injury in Nantes’ 4-1 defeat to Brest.

This season, Simon has 14 appearances and scored four goals contributing five assists.
